We have now created our vehicles, garages, and pricing. So now we are going to run a quote for a coach bus.
From the top, click on the plus symbol and select new trip quote. We already have a client set up inside the system. So we are going to select that client. For this trip, we are going to select a one-way 40-passenger coach bus. There are free text fields for adding extra requests or requirements for the trip if required.
Now, we are going to select a date and time in the future, the address for pickup, and then we're going to add a dropoff location. Once you have added this information, click on create quote.
This gives us the option to price it as a one-way or a transfer. So, we're going to price it as a one-way. And now we have created a quote. This quote currently has not been emailed to the client because it is suppressed and set to not complete, not sent to client.
If you want to adjust the quote or do any changes, you can do it here. Or if you want to send the quote, you click on complete and email quote. The client email pops up and you click on email quote, and your quote is now mailed out.
