Add Pricing
In this lesson: Set per-mile, dead-distance, hourly and daily rates for a vehicle type at a garage.

Step 1: Open new pricing
From the plus menu at the top, click New Pricing.

Step 2: Choose the garage and vehicle type
Select the garage, then the vehicle type the pricing applies to, for example Coach Bus.

Step 3: Enter your rates
Under Transfer (usually trips under 50 miles), enter the live distance, price per mile and dead distance, then the hourly price, minimum hours and daily price.

Step 4: Save the pricing
Click Update Pricing to save it for this vehicle.
Tip: Rydflow prices a trip by time or by distance and usually uses whichever gives the higher price.

Now, our next tutorial is adding pricing. We navigate to the plus menu at the top and click on new pricing.
Now, we want to add pricing for a vehicle. So, let's choose a garage. In this case, Coach Garage 54-seater. Next, we need to add a vehicle type we want to apply pricing to. So, let's select coach bus. We've already got a coach bus set up as a vehicle.
So, under transfer, this is usually anything under 50 miles. We'll say live distance 500 m. Price per mile $10. Dead distance $7. Hourly price $100. Minimum of four hours. Daily pricing $1,200.
The way pricing normally works is we take a mix and match of either time or distance, and we usually select whichever gives the higher price. Once you've set up your pricing, click update pricing, and it will be saved for this vehicle. You can then go ahead and create…
